Had been wanting to try this place and finally did. The food, the service, and the ambiance were terrific. It definitely has that old-time steakhouse feel of days gone by. The luxurious white booths, the wall paper, the "mood" lighting and the well dressed wait staff set the tone. The food was delicious and I don't usually care for lamb but their crown of lamb was so good it made me decide to try cooking this dish myself. The only negative comment is that it is quite dark and this may be my problem more than theirs. I will definitely come back again for a special occasion.

Brought my friend here for her birthday while we waited on our kids at The Greek Theatre. I can not say enough good things about The Dresden. I felt at home immediately when I entered. The service was the best I have had and the food was amazing. We then went to the bar to listen to Jazz and have a couple of drinks. Again service was super, the atmosphere was my vibe. I search for a place near The Greek and was lucky to find this Gem. I live about 40 miles away...but I will be back and I will bring my friends.

This place is an awesome jazz bar located in Los Feliz. Live jazz started at 9 pm on a Saturday night and got quite crowded a little after. Drinks were decent but the vibes, decor and music were stellar.

Shockingly good!. This was our first time. Everybody knows this has a long-standing history in town. I was afraid it was going to be too touristy, etc. Was able to secure reservation for 8 PM on a Saturday for five people. We opted to order a fillet entrée which came with a baked potato and vegetables which my husband and I shared along with wedge salad. Our guests dined on the steak and fries, rigatoni, lemon salmon. We also started with the mozzarella sticks. When I tell you that every single item was delicious, I mean it. We were blown away. The portions were outstanding. All the flavors were delicious. Service was outstanding as well. Our water glass never got below a quarter inch from the top of the glass. I wish I remembered the servers name because he was very gracious and professional. we wish we had more time to spend in the lounge as we were leaving live music. I would definitely return if I was in the area and recommend to others. Impeccable old school vibes.
